Hear Lady Gaga’s Mic Feed From Her Super Bowl Performance (VIDEO)
Nothing can shame an overproduced pop star more than the mic feed from a performance… so we’re happy to report Lady Gaga has nothing to be embarrassed about.
Someone on YouTube isolated the 30-year-old’s vocals from her Super Bowl LI performance earlier this month, and it’s clear her talent is no “Perfect Illusion.”
First off, refresh yourself with the full audio mix — with pounding instrumentals and the screams of the crowd. That amount of noise would be more than enough to mask any sub-par singing voice, right?
But Lady Gaga could have gone a capella and would have still blown the roof off of Houston’s NRG Stadium.
Hit play on the video below to listen to her vocals with all that other noise dampened. It’s weird to hear the dead air between the lyrics, sure — but when she does sing, it’s impressive as hell.
“How is someone fat if they’re not fat? I wanna see somebody else get on that damn stage and do what the hell she did.”
"I think what happens and really what the core of the issue is we project all of our stuff and our crap on other people,” Chrissy continued.
“If we’re really, really, genuinely happy and love ourselves then you can’t talk s—t about other people. You can’t be hateful because you love yourself and we’re extensions of each other. We’re all connected.”
Mama Monster responded to the body-negative hate herself on February 7.
“I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I’m proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too. No matter who you are or what you do,” she wrote on Instagram.
I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too. No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That's the stuff of champions. thank you so much everyone for supporting me. I love you guys. Xoxo, gaga
